-R Refurbished Grade A. We define “Refurbished” as a product returned close to as-new condition by the original manufacturer.
-RC Reconditioned Grade A. We define “Reconditioned” as a product returned close to as-new condition by a third-party refurbishment company.

If there is no letter next to –R or –RC assume it is a Grade A, but make sure you check the “Additional Information” section of the product page to confirm exact condition.
Note: Numbers mixed in to condition such as FB-2R = “Factory Box, Refurbished” and the “2” is for ICT Hardware internal use only to help identify our vendor. The number does not have any reflection on condition.
